Reply to RTI has been received from CGDA. I am compiling the 255 pages (am starting by counting them for I paid Rs 2 per page). Then I will arrange them chronologically followed by typing and placing them on this blog - about 20 pages per post due to internet speed & other considerations.
I am travelling and so this will be started about 27th July onwards.
