Update - MoD withdrew its DGL of March 2014 on 7th May 2014 without action states MOF/DoE



From sources: It is understood that MoD was asked what the financial effects of this DGL was and that is why the DGL was withdrawn so that financial effect could be indicated.

2.       The file No. 34(10)/2013-D(Pay/Services) was received from Ministry of Defence on 25.4.2014. The file was withdrawn by Ministry of Defence on 7.5.2014 before any decision was taken by Ministry of Finance.
