Sir, a most useful set of documents, which will need to be gone into in detail.
ReplyDeleteI'd mentioned this previously as well, but the logic contained in the notings, "The notional pay formula brings all past pensioners to current rates, almost as if they were serving under 7th CPC", is in need of a review in consultation with all stake holders.
Till such time the qualifying service of older and current pensioners is not used as a basis for establishing pension parity, in the case of time-bound ranks, the quoted logic may fail to meet even the most basic criteria for being rational or accurate.

Sir, all these 107 pages were received by me in reply of my RTI application in last week of November. Now both DESW and CGDA are mum on present status of revision. They are not providing any info of present status on some pretext or other.
