Sir, request your considered view on para 10.2.87, page 418/419 of 7 CPC. As is known, our pension was revised wef 1.7.2014 (OROP), the said para may negate the benefits of OROP. Request study & guide

Please clarify if the 2.57 rationalisation factor is to be applied to arrive at the 7CPC Scales under the first option on the 6th CPC Scales effective from 01-01-2006, or the delinked 33 year norm Scales of the 6th CPC again effective from 01-01-2006, or the OROP Scales as revised and effective from 1-07-2014? You are requested to look into the para 10.2.87, page 418/419 of 7 CPC before clarifying.
