There are thousands of pages of information obtained for several Public Authorities on subjects related to Pay, Allowance and Pensions that include decision making at the highest levels of Government and the bureaucracy.
All this information is being collated and compiled in separate books for every subject starting with Rank Pay & Maj Dhanapalan, OROP 2014 and OROP 2019; Pranab Mukherjee Committee Report, Cabinet Secretary Committee Reports 2009 and 2012, Are CPC really Expert Bodies, et al
It is intended to have them published on a Pay on Demand (PoD) basis i.e. only the person who wishes to order a copy of any/all book(s) needs to pay the publisher the amount incl courier charges and those many books will be printed and sent. The cost of books incl courier charges may vary between Rs 250 to Rs 350 depending on the number of pages.
The printer has agreed to deposit a certain amount as Royalty (between Rs 15 and 20) per book depending on the number of books ordered to an institution named Ayathi Trust which provides vocational training to adolescents affected by the Aspergers Syndrome or Autism. The books may increase awareness of topics in your Units/Regiments/Sqn so that they are better informed on how decision making takes place.
