OROP - RTI: Any suggestions?

This is what the 2/S/2008 lays down as the range of emoluments (Basic Pay +Grade Pay+MSP) for each rank from Lt to Brig and a Grade Pay of Rs 10000 for Maj Gens and Lt Gens (other than VCOAS and Army Cdrs) vis-à-vis what the minimum and maximum modified pension would  be vide MoD 1(11)/2012 – D (Pensions/Policy) dated 17.01.2013 states: -

I have placed the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the D.S. Nakara vs UoI as well as the subsequent Indian Ex-Servicemen League vs UOI for your perusal.

Any suggestions about exactly what information is to be sought in RTI? Whether the pension would be same as for retirees post 1/1/2006?
