An Update on the Rank Pay Case

Col (retd) B K Sharma, President of RDOA, has informed that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has issued notices that the Respondents should be personally present in Court on 13 Feb 2014, and in every subsequent hearing till the final orders are passed in the Contempt Petition (Civil) No. 328 of 2013 in Lt Col N K Nair & Another Vs Shashi Kant Sharma & Others in the Rank Pay Case.
