Writ Petition (Civil) No. 419 of 2016 in Honourable Supreme Court
Indian Ex-Servicemen Movement & Others have filed Writ Petition (Civil) No. 419 of 2016 in the Honourable Supreme Court (in Court No.4) and first listing was today.
It'll be interesting to learn exactly what this case is about. Most probably, it will be centered on the "anomalies" that have been repeatedly stressed on, publicly, by ESM Associations. It can only be hoped a rationalization of some really glaring aspects of the implementation will also be attempted as well as some harmonizing of recommendations of 7 CPC with the concept of OROP. https://goo.gl/6JuvO1
