  1. These figures prove that we are getting top heavy. By competing with the bureaucrats we are building a false unproductive top echelon. Only solution is to make the organisation realistic by reverting to the original prism model of man power with reasonable parity in pay and perks. Larger the number of ranks, more destability in command and control. Lean and mean forces will never be a reality.

    1. Hope I could agree. The top was thrust upon us by lusty aspirations. Satisfaction of parity is equity, give me my share in governance.I am as much or perhaps more of India
