    1. The "resolution" issued by MOD provides for "adding" three additional stages for levels 12-A (Lt Col) and 13 (Col) which should correspond, at first guess, to a QS of 30 to 31 years for both ranks. They haven't given any figures for these stages in the accompanying annexures. I don't know who will "add" these stages. http://goo.gl/UX37CT

  3. Sir. It is understoidcthat civilian officers group A who are directors but getting NFU for next grade that is 10000, are getting themselves fixed in index of 10000 grade pay in pay matrix of 7cpc in the name of pay protection. As per government rules in 6 cpc, NFU benefit of one increment and increase in grade pay is to be added in basic pay . however everyone is showing increase in grade pay from 8700 to 10000 and then claiming all benefits like ac taxi, business class air travel etc. In addition now getting pay fixation in index of 10000 grade pay is givingbthem undue benefit in my view. And it seems even audit person may not check this. They are getting double benefit in fixation as first NFU increment (both increase in basic as well as grade pay)is also getting multiplied by 2.57 and then getting pay fixed in index of 10000 grade pay. Then what is difference between pay fixation of a director and joint secretary.
