It is learnt from sources that opinions/comments on the 2 remaining points raised by then Chairman COSC and CAS on 25 Nov 13 are with the Secretary, MoLJ. The Ld Attorney General may peruse and offer his opinion, if and when the case is put up to him.
The same sources indicate that MoD is processing a corrigendum to its implementation order dated 27 Dec 12 to incorporate the earlier (03 Sep 13) opinions of the Ld Attorney General on the case dated 02 Apr 13.
