Heard that the goal posts have shifted a bit in the direction of Services HQ.
Data to be provided in respect of Army and Navy by PCDA (P) for period ending 31 Mar 2014.
Then will follow the validation of data and preparation of tables prior to DGL including the financial effect.
Outgoing (gone?) RM has assured that Rs 500 crore is only the initial amount and anything up to 10-15 times as the financial effect is not to be a constraint for fulfilment of the OROP pledge to Parliament.
Date of next meeting awaited.
