           UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                               O R D E R


                 Mr. Mohan Parasaran,  learned  Solicitor  General,  submits
      that order dated September 4, 2012 has been complied with  in  respect
      of about 14364 serving as well as retired beneficiaries and some  more
      are yet to be given benefit which will require some  time.   According
      to him, within three months  all  serving  and  retired  beneficiaries
      shall be accorded benefit as per order dated September 4, 2012.
                 Having regard to  above  submission  of  learned  Solicitor
      General, we extend time for compliance of  the  order  of  this  Court
      dated September 4, 2012 upto May 31, 2013.
                 I.A. No. 11 of 2013 in I.A. No. 9 of 2010  stands  disposed
      of accordingly.
