  1. The issue is indeed becoming a mystery. On 18th Oct ,it was to be listed on 14 Nov 2014.Are we all missing some thing about the case keep getting postponed or this is the way SC also functions?

  2. @Venkatesh VT:"...missing some thing..."; The continuous silence on RDOA blog, inspite of fill-ins on this blog and an occasional brief two liner from Col Sharma, is a bit of a departure from the previous volume of news and that does produce gaps in information and some anxiety.

  3. @Venkatesh VT. I have been closely monitoring certain cases in HSC in the past many years, I can say it with confidence that the procedure of Advance Cause Lise and Advance Elimination List and Finally the Final Cause List is a time tested set procedure. One small element of mystery is that who is authorised in SC to list cases on various dates and on what basis some cases are deleted in the Final Cause List to be posted to another day. Lot of research has proved that the postponement varies between one week to one month and we cannot suspect any foul play. Incidentally case no.SLP (Civil) 36148/2013 , during the last hearing on 15 Oct 14, was to be posted immediately after Diwali holidays since SG was standing on his legs (in some other case in a different court of SC). Why it has not been listed in the advance listed published for dates upto 14 Nov 14, when Diwali is well past ? Only some legal eagles esp Ex-Servicemen pratising is HSC and HC s can clarify this to Aam Aadmi for our understanding.

Yes I am also wondering about their sketchy and belated inputs without even activating the comments column! May be they will rise to the occasion wef 21 Nov 14 when the Con Pet (C) 328/2013 is really heard on that day with full quorum at least to judge the inclination of the bench. Air Mshl Savur's long letters to AG and SG must have put them on their back foot, probably! Let us keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best which does not cost anything but only addl interest of 6 %!

    1. Please don't take offence. They were not long letters, but detailed letters to place each and every fact on record and in the correct context and perspective for their consciences to decide.
